Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. We start by reviewing the code, dependencies, hosting and current issues. We then propose a prioritised plan: stabilise, improve or progressively replace the parts that need it.
Do I need a complete specification?
No. Describe the people involved, the problem and the tools you already use. We can help turn that context into user journeys, priorities and a scope that can be estimated.
How are budget and timeline defined?
After reviewing scope, integrations and existing code, we propose stages with deliverables, assumptions and acceptance criteria. Changes to the scope are discussed before additional work begins.
Will I own the code and be able to maintain it?
Source code, documentation, access and intellectual property terms are defined in the agreement. The delivery includes the information needed to operate the solution and organise its maintenance.
Can we start with a small automation?
Yes. A specific workflow is often a useful first step. We agree on the inputs, expected result and exceptions, then choose the simplest suitable combination of existing tools, n8n and code.
